We have agreed with management to undertake the stated conditions. To allow management to order stock in time, menus are to be selected one week prior to function date. Number of guests are to be confirmed 48 hours prior to function. Please note that any guests unable to attend the function on the day who have not advised Amicis 2 days prior to the function, will still be accounted for and charged for on the day. Any cakes or balloons, are to be organised by yourself. They may be left at Amicis the day before or the morning of your function.
